JAMAC Metering Sdn Bhd is the benchmark of energy meter calibration and testing, constantly striving to serve our clients with only the best trusted services in Electro-mechanical and Static meter calibration and testing. JAMAC Metering Sdn Bhd is incorporated in year 2010, and MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited calibration & testing laboratory since 2014.
Moving forward, in year 2022, JAMAC Metering Sdn Bhd had been successfully accredited for on-site testing which allows a compliance test to be done at site for in-service meter in according to MS2689:2018.

Our Facility
Our current laboratory has a build up area of 240 sq meters, complete with state of the art meter calibration and testing facilities. With 10 units of Single Phase test bench and 8 units of Three Phase test bench, we are capable of calibration & testing of electromechanical & static energy meter accuracy class of 0.2s, 0.5s, 1.0 & 2.0.
With the accreditation of on-site testing, we are able to reach out to our customer with our sophisticated portable test equipment to perform accuracy test demand for all in service meters.
Our Achievement
Our laboratory is one of the largest calibration & testing laboratory for energy meter in Malaysia, our clients ranging from Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), SIRIM Malaysia, as well as private sector in major development for housing, commercial & industrial sector. To date we have completed more than 2 million units of energy meter tested and calibrated in the market. In 2018, with the smart meter project kicked off in Malaysia, our laboratory has since provided testing service to major vendors. A total of more than 1 million smart meter tested and operated throughout Malaysia and we are truly proud to be part of this successful energy meter transformation in our country.
In year 2022, in line with our continual improvement philosophy we were accredited with an extended scope for on-site testing which allows us to offer in service compliance test to all in-service energy meter as per the requirement of Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST).
