With the expansion of our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited scope, we are now able to provide onsite accuracy testing, which means we can perform testing while the meters are installed in the building. This service has benefited many customers as their operation was not disrupted while performing the accuracy testing. The On-site testing mainly carries out for 2 requirements.

a) In-service Compliance Test (MS2689:2018)

A service requirement to test for the installed meters by the regulatory body after the meter has been installed for 10 years and above. It helps to verify that meters are correctly recording measurements, ensuring accurate billing and adhere to the industrial requirement. This is a cost-effective testing method as it utilizing sampling method of meters testing where a compliance certification can be issue for the entire batch meters installed if the accuracy test falls within the guideline. Besides it also identifies and verify any inaccuracy of the meters. Accurate metering builds confidence among customers, as they can trust that their bills are based on precise measurements.

b) On Demand Site Testing

A service that requires by the building operator to identify any inaccurate meters when billing concern arise between the vendors and the building owners. This service allows for the immediate identification of inaccurate meters, ensuring prompt rectification of the issues. It avoids the need to remove the meter at site and conduct the testing at the laboratory, thereby saving time with zero disruption of building operation.
